What We Do

Outlier Journeys designs and coordinates custom international trips for individuals, couples, families, and small groups. We work exclusively with destinations we know firsthand and partner directly with trusted local specialists to create journeys that are thoughtful, seamless, and deeply personal.

Our two founders work directly with every client. From the initial discovery call through planning, booking, travel, and your return home, we oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of each journey. Your trip is contracted with us, and we serve as your primary partner overseeing the many moving parts from start to finish.

As a full-service travel company, Outlier Journeys manages the complexities of international travel, including airfare coordination, travel insurance guidance, and comprehensive pre- and post-trip support. Because we are not driven by preferred supplier lists or commission incentives, our recommendations are shaped by what best fits each traveler. This approach allows us to deliver what we think of as “un-googleable” value, grounded in firsthand knowledge, strong relationships, and careful oversight.

To engage our comprehensive trip planning services, we charge a modest consultation fee that reflects the time, research, and expertise required to design a custom journey. Comprehensive planning applies to trips of five or more consecutive nights and includes lodging, experiences, transportation, and guiding.

We also facilitate individual hotel bookings, particularly within our network of boutique properties, including Tablet Pro and Design Hotels. In these cases, our relationships can add meaningful value to a stay, and a consultation fee is not required.
